Ford Fury Fourways has HORRID service!!!!! That needs to change!

Ford Fury Fourways consistently renders SHOCKING after vehicle sales service!!!!! I have been calling for 2 days trying to book our vehicle in for service and no one picks up the service desk. I left my name and number for a call back and the switchboard assured me she handed it over to the service desk but still no call. This morning the switchboard lady was kind enough to call me back after she had been trying to connect me to service desk without luck. She manages to connect me and I get a very rude white man who was giving me attitude and sighing over the phone as if he would rather be doing other things instead of booking vehicles. This is highly disappointing as this is not the first, second or third time we get horrid service at this dealership. Time for a change!
