FORD FURY FOURWAYS

I had a car accident because my wheel fell off. <br> Ford have told me that it fell off because of general road conditions in my town. <br> I live in Fourways, I was also sent an email that said I drove over something and the wheel falling off was consequential damage. That is not true. <br> They also like to tell you they are investigating the matter, when if fact they are only figuring out the best way to tell you to jump off of a bridge! <br> I have never in my life been treated so badly, and been called back 0 times. <br> One would think if you almost die because, you were sold a piece of s**** metal, that the dealership would offer to replace it, or make sure none of their other customers were at risk...<br> <br> NO testing was done.<br> NO paper work was filled out! <br> They never even asked me what happened.<br> They just start the ball rolling by attacking you and making sure they don't have to pay! <br> Pathetic! <br> <br> Thankfully I am still alive and I have a choice with regards to whom I do business with in future.<br> I now know why it's called Fury ford. <br> I truly hope people read this complaint and stay safe, as well as get good service somewhere else. <br> I don't know how these people sleep at night!
