Ford Focus ST 3 Airbags not deploying

In the hail and thunder storm on 11/11/2016 on the R21 towards Pretoria before the Irene off-ramp, after hitting a plain (water) The vehicle sustained impact damage to the right front and then spun and the the front centre as a result of the insured then lost control of the vehicle on a wet road and then collided multiple times with a barrier at around 85 Km/h to 90Km/h.

my request to ford

The car is currently at Tava panelbeaters, address is 321 Mitchell street charlotte Maxeke Pretoria West, your contact person would be Tony - ********** /8 or **********

My ask is that can this check be done asap before the Tava starts doing repairs on my car, if you could go to the shop tomorrow or Monday morning that would be first price.

My request is that the person who will be sent to do an evaluation on the car to perform an engine check, airbag check and supply a written report as to why the airbags did not deploy.

immediately after the accident water started coming into the car through the sunroom which was closed i had to close the sunroof light cover.

This is disturbing to say the least, I'm sad that your customer service is this shocking.
I called on wednesday to talk you but you were not available, thank you for your response which is not satisfactory to me.
i question the literacy and capability of the person who put that together.

If your car breaks down and you call a technician for assistance an he tells you to take a picture of the engine and send it to him so he can tell you what's wrong with the car, is that possible?

A Ford workshop manager informed me that the minimum speed required at impact is 15km/h which is what he has witnessed.

As per your letter in response to issues, why did my airbags not deploy? your telephonically told me that the tech team said that the airbags did not deploy as i need to be travelling over 60km/h.
which i responded to you to say that clearly my complaint report was not even read as i stated that i was traveling about 85 to 90km/h.

If you look at the screen dump below of my wrecked car it is clear the front bar to the left hand side has snapped in half, as you can see on the right hand side its still intact.
The picture above it shows that the Ford badge which sits at an angel of about +/- 45 degrees and is the center of the car exploded on impact, why would the airbags not deploy?
The radiator is dented from the impact, could this cause the airbags to deploy?
As far i am aware you would have to go through the front bumper as per picture below to get to the radiator, which is dented in the middle.

The seat was wet from the water that came through the sunroof that was closed see the picture below of an invoice that was wet from this, so the impact affected the sunroof.

Is there a qualified person who can actually give the right answers here, i supp**** you with the address where the car is so you can do a full technical check of the car and advise of a way forward.

Screen dump 1

Inline image 1

Screed dump 2

Inline image 2
