Ford Focus Fuel Pump - Month and a half

A month and a half ago I took my Ford Focus into the Ford Fury (Witkoppen) dealership to be looked at. My engine was turning off (while driving). 12 times within 20 KM's. It's still under warranty. It took more than a week for the service dept to get back to me with what was wrong and how long it would take to resolve. The fuel pump needed to be replaced and the soonest they could get the part was 3 weeks. 2 days before that I had to phone to confirm if it was being done, I was then given another eta of 2 weeks as the part hadn't been delivered. Once again I phoned the day before I was supposed to collect it, and was told by Dewald that the part arrived, was being fitted, and the car will need to be test driven and collected the next day. After phoning to confirm the collection I was then told by Dean the part has not yet arrived and they cannot tell me when it will.

I have now gone more than a month and a half without the car I am paying for (will Ford reimburse me for that month's instalment? I doubt it). No one can tell me when it's going to be ready. This is the 3rd Ford I have purchased over the last 5 years, and after this I will never buy another one of your cars again.
