Ford Focus engine light on

I bought Ford Focus 2017 Jan brand new but it’s I made the biggest mistake of my life because since then I never enjoyed the car,,, December 2018 I had to take it in for repair of the constant engine light which took me 3 days for it to be fixed,,, again the 11 April 2019 same problem it was booked for the engine light now it’s more then 48hrs my car is with Ford but no one can tell me what’s wrong with my car even the for man he don’t know the workshop manager I called him he promised to return to me but he never did, I called later again for the Dealer principal and I was told he resigned so there is no dealer principal,,,,, I need you Hello per to expose this people and they way we being treated as customers also maybe this message can get to anyone who is looking for a so that they can think twice about ford,,,,,,, Am sitting here now hopeless because this it doesn’t affect me only even the people I drop and pick up daily they’re affected my problem is that am not being told when will this car be fixed or when will I receive it and also I don’t feel comfortable anymore driving the same car with my family,,,,
