Ford (Fix Or Repair Daily)

After taking my car to ford to fix a messed up cylinder my car comes back leaking diesel from the injector pipes (they weren't leaking before it went in). When I take it back the first time, they tell me that I need to replace them myself. I get that done then the real issues start. The car has been jerking since. Everytime I take it back they say it's fine and then by the time I get to the first set of robots it starts again.

I finally took it back after diagnosing it myself to tell them that the issue is with the turbo and since there were none before I don't expect any now, especially since they damaged something on the turbo initially when they were doing the cylinder head.

Now 8months down the line they tell me I need a new turbo and I must pay for it.

The management team has failed dismally and their general disregard for their clients and the value of timeous feedback is not what I expected from a company of that size.
