Ford Figo blew up

<p>On 13 May, my ford blew up - I asked ford to give me a call back, and yet no one has responded. I have gone through insurances and they have come to the conclusion that through no fault of my own, the car blew up and was written off.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect ford to call me back and help me to make this situation better, as now I sit without a car.</p>
