Ford Fiesta engine problem!

I bought a Ford fiesta 2015 model titanium 1L ecooboost powershift. I love the car and the performance was great until it over heated!

The car was towed in on the 02/05/2018 to Ford Mahikeng. I live in Gauteng and bought the car in Basil Green Edenvale Ford but when the car overheated I was in Mahikeng. Its now two weeks later and they still saying the car is under investigation.

I bought this car at Ford Basil Green Edenvale on the 15/03/2018. I don't have this car for more than two months.

I asked for Basil Green Edenvale Ford to assist me with a loan car as mine is still "under investigation" and they simply told me they don't have a loan car.

See my problem is I only have one car and I use that car as a daily driver, I can not afford to stay without a car.

When I ask how long this investigation will take Ford Mahikeng tells me they don't know.

So I don't know how long will I be without a car.

This is the second fiesta I have owned and I believe it is certainly the last!

Ford as a whole is really disappointing man, I have experience rudeness every time I follow up, both from Basil Green Edenvale Ford and Ford Mahikeng.
