Ford Fiesta complaint

<p>I complained about a noise when I use my aircon. They told me to bring my car in so that they can see what the problem is and they told me that they must get authorisation at Head Office to order the part under my warranty. They also told me that it is a problem with Fiestas. It was approved and they say they will contact me when they receive the part. The 27th of June it was 3 months that I was waiting. I went again to Ford Tygervalley and they said they will come back to me. I am still waiting. At one time they said they received a lot of parts but it was not named so they did not know to which vehicle the parts belong. It is totaly outrageous. Everytime I leave a message nobody return my calls. Please log my complaint because I am at the end of my patience.</p>
