Ford fails
<p>After 5 clutch repairs on my Ecosport and 6 repairs on my aircon which eventually,after 7 months, where both replaced in full, they are still giving problems!! Ford...how can you in good conscience just keep on repairing items when it hasnt solved the problem and yet... I am expeceted to pay for this faulty Ford product???? Mr Henry Ford would not be impressed with the way you are carrying on his legend in the motor industry and your customer service does not find a solution that benefits your CLIENT and not YOURSELVES is serisouly lacking.</p> <p>I'm tired. I have no more fight in me. I loved my car...until the problems started.</p> <p>I've given you 8 months to repair , 7000km and we are still no further than when we started with these problems. What do I do now? Tell me how you are going to fix this? I am now begging you FORD for someone to step up and do the right thing here...</p> <p>My family grew up on FORDS. My father was a FORD fanatic, he only ever bought FORDS. My sister and mother both drive FORDS. This was my first one, after years of VW's which gave me NO HASSLES for over 300 000km's...and yet your product started with problems on 23 000km...</p> <p>Step up FORD...take responsibilty for this ECOSPORT that is not what I paid for!!!!!!!</p>
