Ford failed to give me a proper service

I took my car for service in the 2nd week of February at Ford Newtown. I told them that the previous day my aircondition pipe suddenly fell down and a guy that noticed tied it for me so that u can get home safe. They told me that Ford might not cover that under warranty. I asked how coz its not something one would break. They told me they would call me for a check the following week. Till today I have not heard anything back from them. Now my car is overheating.
