Ford Everest Limited instrument cluster cracked and Ford won't fix it

Ford Everest Limited with 20000km on the clock. My instrument cluster cracked right through. Took the car to a dealership where they said warranty claim is declined. Phoned Ford customer service on the 4th of March 2018 only on the 22nd of May Ford contacted me to say it is not a warranty ***.00 car made from bad components that Ford won't fix. Makes you wonder what else is faulty and might just crack for no reason! Think twice before buying a Ford!
