FORD EVADES WARRANTY ON SUBSTANDARD PARTS

My 2015 Kuga was recalled in November 2018 by Ford SA (the manufacturer) and the clutch replaced. Now, less than a year and 20 000km later I have been informed that the clutch needs to be replaced AGAIN at my cost. Ford insists that it is not covered under warranty or workmanship guarantee as there is excessive use. How is it possible that a clutch last less than a year? I drove my Honda for 12 years (full service history available)and never replaced a clutch? Come on Ford, your service and clearly your parts are substandard.
