Ford Ermelo, poor service

I sent a company (ford figo) to Ford Ermelo in Mpumalanga. The car has windscreen wipers problem, when I realised that the car is overdue for service also I requested the lady to exclude it and she said the service its a quick process and i told her if its going to take long they need not to do it I'll book it for another day(service). Yesterday at 16;30 i received a call that they got the authorisation late so the car wont be ready for collection of which i understood. but now it 13;30 on thursday and i have not received a call to collect a company car or an update. Tell me how long does it take to do a service and fix wiper problem on a ford figo? Its been 6 hours now
