Ford Engin failures

I have a Ford Ecosport that I bought brand new from ford. The car has 43k KM on the clock and has already gone through 2 engine changes. The reasons that were given is that there was fuel contamination for the first engine failure. I had to pay an additional 8k rand on the first engine change because they did a fuel test to determine the "contaminated fuel" issue. The second time it happened they simply said the cylinder head cracked, and they will replace it. The cars warranty is going to expire soon, and I fear of what will happen when the warranty is up. I feel cheated by Ford as thy knowingly sold me a new car that clearly has defects.
