FORD Ecosport Transmisstion problems

I bought a 2016 Ford Ecosport 1.5 Titanium Automatic (Powershift) in July 2018 in Alberton After about 6 weeks the car started giving trouble. The clutch was starting to shudder. I took the car back to Ford and explain what the problem was. They informed that it was a factory fault on some of the Ecosports. I had along discourse with them and ended up going to Customer Services. The communication between Customer Services and the dealership went on for a quite a while. Finally, new personel was appointed in the Service Department. From October until now they replaced the clutch twice with a new set. Unfornunately, I still have the same problem. It is worse when I drive in slow traffic in Johannesburg where I work. I really liked this car since it was introduced, but I am bit disappointed now.
