Ford Ecosport Factory Brake Fault - Ford does NOT care

Employees of Ford are running the company to the ground and the customer service is the worst. My new Ecosport, came with a factory defect to the brakes and there is no care and interest, or urgency to correct They make excuses and can't be bothered despite this being a family car. The dealer principle of Pinetown has not to date respond to the numerous message and emails. We want to hand the car back but there is no co-operation from FORD. There was such tragedy with the Ford Kuga,. Life's were lost. Only after the negative media attention did they show any interest to do damage control. This is a factory fault with a new vehicle and more importantly the brakes. Documented in writing by Ford's mechanic ??? Ford is quiet happy to have us continue paying . Anyone out that can advise on how to give back this life-threatening vehicle
