Ford Ecosport Excessive smoke

<p>I own a Ford Eco Sport, 1.5 Diesel Model 2105. Since may this year I have been experiencing excessive smoke when starting up my vehicle. I reported this to my local dealer on 9 June 2017 and I was told that they have had similar complaints from 5 or 6 other Eco Sport owners about the same problem, buth that Ford South Africa are looking into the problem as it was regarded as some sort of software problem.</p> <p>I reported the matter to Ford by e-mail on that same day and received a phone call from customer services only on the 13th after I sent an e-mail to ask when I would be contacted by their representatvive. The representative then confirmed that the engineers at Ford are investigating the possible cause for the excessive smoke.</p> <p>Since then I have made 4 e-mail enquiries about the progress of the investigation, but to date have not yet received any feedback from Ford SA. E-mails sent to: ********** In my last e-mail sent on 1 August 2017 , I requested an answer form customer services by end of business that day and threatened to post their lack of communciation and apparent lack of urgency to solve the problem on my car on social media. I still have no response.</p> <p>This is poor service in my opinion and I would like to know in what way Hello Peter can assist to get the necessary response from Ford SA.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
