Ford Ecosport ENGINE ISSUES

My Ford ecosport is 2.5 years old (bought new) with 43 000 km on the clock and engine already had to be replaced. I am not getting any response from Ford SA and customer services head Albert Pretorius re my car warrantee... Shocking service - never buy a Ford again!
