Ford EcoSport 1.0 Titanium 6MT

Good Day

My wife’s vehicle was serviced twice at Fury Sandton and since then we have only encountered problems with the vehicle

We were informed that the break pads were fine at 40 000km and 60 000km service A week after the 60 000km service the multifunction steering buttons did not work, funny sounds were coming from the dash and upon taking the vehicle back, they advise us that the break pads needs replacing as well as the break discs (vehicle is now out of warranty). I now also have to book the vehicle in again for the heater that goes on automatically after every 5 – 7 mins. The rear right light cover was not replaced properly and rain seeps through

Please advise on the way forward I would really appreciate it.
