Ford Eco sport transmission

I bought a Ford Ecosport in August 2019. The car is a 2015 1.5 Powershift. 23000km on the clock The car gave some trouble with the gearbox (Shuddering, and all the normal Ecosport gearbox related trouble). The car is with Lazarus Ford. So then they phoned me to tell me that there is water in the clutch and the gearbox. What a disappointment when I arrived at Lazarus. we first waited for an hour and a half then we could go into the so-called workshop. Another 30mins of waiting and a guy comes to us treating us like *********. They have absolutely no customer service. Then they are telling me it is my fault that there is water in the Clutch. water that came in through holes that were made during manufacturing (Breathing holes). They called me to know if they can strip so I said yes. When I was there they only took out the gearbox, now they want to bill me for the work. I myself will never buy another Ford again and I know a guy with a large construction company that wanted to buy 50 bakkies that will also never buy another ford again. Ford thinks that we, the Client, are below them and they are on a pedestal where nobody can touch them. I am utterly discusted, but thank you Lazarus ford for opening my eyes.
