Ford Eco sport not being fixed

It is sad to say but imperial ford is letting us down regarding a new Ford Eco-sport which was bought from them cash. The car has been giving problems with the automatic gearbox from day one and the car is sitting on 33000km and the issue is still ongoing after numerous "repairs" . i feel that ford does not want to take the matter as serious and we request that this matter should be looked into . Ford needs to make a call either to refund my mother on this car or fix it ASAP using new parts like a gearbox and torque converter to resolve the matter . She was so exited to buy this car but Ford has been letting her down . The longer Ford takes to fix this car the quicker the warranty will run out making this issue her problem . Ford needs to issue her a courtesy car and fix the problem once and for all. The workshop manager has been advice that this will be place on hallo peter as it is the only way to make things happen as a customer .
