Ford eastvaal sold me a car without sending it for a car road worth test and with no licence disc

<p>I bought a used car (Ford Fiesta 1.4) at ford eastvaal in witbank in September 2015 and I noticed my car licence disc expires on the 31st of May 2016 and went to the traffic department to renew it BUT when I got there they told me the licence disc I have is of the cars previous owner and the car never went for a car road worthy test. I went to ford eastvaal and the sales consultant told me they did send the car for the road worthy test I then asked for the certificate that proves that indeed the car was sent but he never gave it to me I have been calling and going there but I did not get any help so now I am driving a car that has no licence disc and not road worthy because they never sent the car for the road worthy test....
