Ford don't take any responsibility

Ford takes no responsibility for there short comings. I've always support Ford, already had 3 vehicle, and I won't be purchasing a 4. Last night I become a victim of the Ford vechichle locking issue, but my vehicle was not mentioned as one of the vehicle with this issue. An object was placed in drive door and it was able to open up all my car doors, and my laptop was ****** out of my boot. Now I'm responsible to replace the lock at a cost of R5000.
