Ford doesnt care

Ford Figo purchased from car dealee in Ermelo ....after collecting the new vehicle and on the way home the steering wheel became an risk. It was shared that the type of hand cream women use attack the steering wheel. The vehicle purchased previous owner is an lady and how can the new owner be kept liable for the incident or concequences. Vehicle was taken to Eastvaal Ford Secunda for assessment on request from car dealer. Assessment consist of photos report and a representative from Ford SA. it rejected the claim due to it belonged to Avis and while the vehicle still under warranty claim rejected. We want to reverse the transaction or want a different vehicle
