Ford disappointing left, right and centre

Fisrtly, I buy a car from them that's giving me problems, which is understandable, it happens. But the service I received is just unacceptable. They know I'm without a car, but still everything is done at a snails pace. After a long struggle, because no one comes back to you immediately, we come to a solution. But still, three weeks in, I'm without a car. When I phone them, they tell me they'll get back to, does it happen? Two days later yes. After wich I find out they ******ed up something else this time, now I'm still waiting. I'm disgusted with Ford, because it seems to be every dealer in this country. Even when you complain to head office or customer care, they don't come back to you. They just don't care.
