FORD DIEP RIVER/FORD CAPE TOWN AND FORD SA

We purchased our vehicle in December 2020 at Ford Diep River. For the past 6months we are having endless problems with repairs/breakdowns. Bear in mind this vehicle is currently under warranty. Our vehicle is going back and forth to repairs. I have had endless emails and calls with Ford Diep River, we even got Ford Cape Town involved. The lady I am currently dealing with at Ford SA called me today and when I still voiced my concerns asking her for her superior she said there is no escalation department. She is escalation.
