Ford dealerships are ******

JC Ford has the worst service ever purchasing a car from them has been a nightmare ... I was sold a faulty car in August I complained to the delership and the used sales manager advised we bring the car back to get fixed we specifically asked them to replace the front bumper , the driver door and the side skirts as they were falling off , it seems the car was in an accident from previous owner of which was never disclosed dispute the fact that we asked countless times . Upon return of the car to then on two occasions they just sprayed the car and returned it to us in the same condition. I contacted Ford South Africa hoping they would assist me but the lady I spoke to in their call center did not seem to even listern to my complaint they advised me to book the car in at Ford then lodge a complaint with them I did not understand why the cart had to be booked in tho as there was nothing wrong with it machannically but I did that and the lady responsible for all complaints at JC ford told me this will not be possible as there is nothing wrong with the car . I then approached the dealer principle Victor Middleton they came to my work place to look at the car with his buyer and then took it to get fixed guess what the car was in the same condition upon return just respray day. I tried calling him after that but he ignored my calls and was in meetings the past few months . I then got handed over to Nico the used car sales manager and he said they will be saucing for another car two months later I’m still stuck with a faulty vehicle and have things randomly falling off the car which just proves how poor the quality of this car is .my husband stepped in to assist search for another car they could possibly but for us to replace this one I have been sending them countless links but it doesn’t seem like they intend on getting us another car ... I am in the process of login a complaint with the ombudsman and also the NCC I don’t know what to do anymore but one thing for sure is that I hate Ford this was my second perchase but I never want to deal with a ford dealership nor own a ford car ever in my life I wouldn’t advise anyone to go for this brand !
