Ford dealership suck

I truly do not get how Ford dealerships operate. I called earlier this morning enquiring on a specific part, I was told it's available. I call now so as I can go purchase the part , the parts department do not take any calls, I've left messages but still nothing. Stuck in durban I need to be in PLK by tomorrow, in need of a part but ford is of no assistant. They rather say and I quote "Go to an after market place". Ford parts department dealerships in durban are not friendly at all. Pinetown,durban, CMH umgeni, Kemper service is terrible !!!!!!
