Ford damaged my clutch

1) I took the car into imperial Ford with a slight "niggle in 1st gear 29th Aug". The appointment was 2 weeks late due to an issue with the original date, but this was fine as I drive at least 60 km a day with no issues. 2) On 29th Aug I took the car in and the clutch was stripped and pictures were taken and were sent to the innovation group. Innovation group refused to cover any components required for the repair. Ford offered to fix the clutch at cost in excess of R15K. 3) I asked Ford to reassemble the clutch back to the condition when I brought the car in. 4) I collected the car 7th Sep, drove to the petrol station and was not able to change gears again! 5) I drove the car home in what I reckon was 3rd gear for 30km. The car was smelling so much that security and neighbours were concerned that the car would catch fire "as it is a Ford". 6) I called a tow truck and asked the driver NOT to drive the car to Ford. The car was in worse condition then when I took it to Ford Services. The car was taken to Gearbox specialist where the car was assessed and repaired. 7) Gearbox specialist explained that when Ford mechanic stripped the clutch , that Ford had damaged a cylinder rendering the vehicle undriveable.
