Ford customer service TERRIBLE

This is to advise on the absolute shocking customer service we received from Ford this morning.<br> I also work in customer service and am disgusted that any manager was able to speak to me and my husband the way the service manager from Ford N1 city did this morning.<br> I have never in my life been spoken down to or been treated so rudely. He has no customer etiquette and his arrogant manner was extremely off putting.<br> His manners made it clear that he had no interest in helping us.<br> When I said that his manner is extremely off putting for Aftersales service. He made it very clear that we in actual fact did not purchase the vehicle from that dealership. <br> Surely he would still represent the ford brand irrespective of which Ford dealership I purchased my vehicle from.<br> ( I bought my vehicle from EC Motors in PE, but have recently relocated to Cape Town )<br> <br> I do understand that this was a single dealership, but it has completely put me off the brand.<br> <br> Very very disappointed.
