Ford Customer NO Care line

I tried calling the ***Customer Care line looking for a tax certificate for my account. I could not get through as I am currently in Ireland using an Irish number. I then found a Ford Customer Service chat option when Googling online where I sent a query for another coded telephone number to use. They sent me ********** . This phone number does not exist says the voice message. I sent a reply back to the Ford Customer Care mail where the number was provided stating the issue. They promptly sent the exact same original message from them to contact ********** . They clearly did not pay any attention to my issue at hand. In the meantime I asked my wife in SA to investigate and she got hold of the ABSA number (who handles FFS accounts) ********** to call, which I did, and they were fantastic BUT no thanks to Ford Customer Service line.
