Ford credit non existent service

I have been trying to get a vehicle account statement for my Ford Ranger purchased in November 2016. I have called Ford credit over 7 times. Each time they say they will email me the statement but it never happens. The dealership where I bought the vehicle from also tried but failed. I have not received a single statement for the past 15 months.
