Ford Credit Nightmare

We bought a car from Ford via Ford Credit in 2011. The car has been paid for in full, but we never received our proof of ownership document.

I have been trying to get thr document from Ford Credit for a month, but I keep hearing the car does not exist under my husband's name.

I need that document urgently!! I've spent hundreds of rands on phone calls, emails and paying the R99 courier fee to have the document delivered only to hear from someone else that it doesn't exist.

I really need help with this PLEASE.
