Ford Credit Contact Number

I have been trying to call Ford credit to get a copy of my E-natis documents. Have been trying for days to no avail. Same thing happens every time. I select the options, the phone rings for 2 minutes, then I get cut off. RIDICULOUS!!!! Can someone please contact me!
