Ford CEO Condones *****ing

It appears that Ford RSA CEO Jeff Nemeth condones *****ing at the different Ford branches. Why do I say so? Because twice items left in the car (Ford Focus) had been ****** from me: a tablet computer from the Edenvale Ford Branch and a Seat Adjusting Handle from the Paul Maher Auto branch. The latest *****ing occurrence gave an excuse to Ford NOT TO HONOUR a valid warranty. The item was left in the car when sent to service in Paul Maher Auto, it disappeared while the car was there and now Ford refuses to replace the faulty part without charge (as part of the warranty). I wrote to Ford CEO Jeff Nemeth and, surprise - surprise, he does not answer back. Clearly, he accepts these abuses at the Ford branches and is not prepared to do anything about them. Ford and its management do not care about their customers, and this attitude is led from the very top, the office of the CEO Jeff Nemeth. Beware of Ford!!
