FORD CASSEYS BENONI - my ass!

my husband has purchased a BRAND NEW ford ranger double cab 2.2 diesel at FORD CASSIES BENONI, it has 23000km on.

ONE CALENDAR MONTH AGO, his bakkie started idling funny. next moment the bakkie blew blue smoke out of the engine and stopped.

my husband contacted ford casseys benoni, and they took the bakkie to their workshop on a lowbed. a day later he was told that his injectors blew, due to contaminated diesel????

ford casseys benoni, took a sample of diesel and sent it away for analyzing purposes. a week later, the results came back as 'contaminated' .

my husband took his own sample and sent it to wearcheck. a week later the results came back as 'clean'. taking this report back to ford, the workshop manager refused to help him and said my husband purposely contaminated the diesel??

one week after this, ford phoned him and said he must come again to take a sample with their mechanic and must be ESCORTED by ford with the sample taken with them and drop it off at wearcheck. this was done.

on 4 June 2019 the results came back once again as 'CLEAN'. my husband tried to contact ford casseys benoni workshop manager but until today (07 June) he did not take his calls, or his in a meeting, or he is not in the office ect. so my husband drove to ford casseys benoni and saw the General Manager with his complaint, ONCE AGAIN NOTHING IS BEEN DONE!!!!!!!

we have been without transport for over a MONTH. ford cant even supply a vehicle to drive with.

we have even contacted FORD SOUTH AFRICA, and all they say is, they will investigate???

What else can we do??

we do have a maint plan on the vehicle but apparently ford only covers faulty parts. SO WHY DID THE TWO FILTERS THAT IS FACTORY FITTED INTO THE VEHICLE NOT DO CAUGHT THE 'CONTAMINATION'???? NO WARNING LIGHT WHATSOEVER????
