Ford car faulty and poor service

I bought my Ford kuga brand new last year 2020 July, on the 1st of February 2021 it started to give problem of not having power, then I called Ford assist they towed the car to Ford Louis trichardt, then after 4 days they call me to come and fetch the car and told me that it doesn't have problem. Then on the first of March 2021 in the morning when I get in the car driving to work the when I want to change gears the clutch pedal started to be loose and I stopped immediately and call Ford assist and my car was towed to Ford Louis trichardt. This is the third week my car at Ford Louis trichardt and they call me to tell me that I need to replace the clutch because warranty cannot cover it due to negligence of which I don't know how did I neglect the car clutch. I'm not happy with their service and I don't why they say warranty cannot cover it. I think this car came with the problem and me being a lady who doesn't know much about the cars I feel like Ford is taking advantage of me. Worst part I bought the car new. I will not recommend anyone to buy Ford car as their service is poor and very arrogant
