Ford cant take responsibility for damages done by ford and sub contractor

After logging a complaint with ford south Africa I had no straight answer as I was told it would be sorted internally, I then when on social media and then got contacted by ford saying that they would log a complaint and I must please take my posts off , I did not they then go back to me and it was said that it's not ford south Africa problem as the dealership is a a business on its self and ford south Africa can't do anything about it, as well as they said that mayfair is a 3rd party and they cant do anything about the damage that mayfair and the ford dealership done to my ranger , but me as a customer did not take it to mayfair I took it to ford and Ford took it to mayfair , but for says it not their problem as it's a 3rd party and they cant or won't do any thing .

And mayfair and ford said I must go to the ombudsman they dont care .

I have a recording of the call saying all this and I have all documentation proving all this
