Ford can't fix my Ford focus car

Hi I bought a Ford focus in 2013 from Ford in tzaneen. Since 2018 it's been giving me problems cluster not working, while driving i get a "jump " and radio gets quiet if I turn on hazard lights or bright lights sometimes even when I indicate. I've taken it to Ford polokwane the whole of last year but they couldn't find the problem, they told me initially it's the battery and I paid around R4 000. When I saw that Ford polokwane is failing to fix the problem I decided to take it to Ford tzaneen I paid about R12 000 and still problem still persists. I don't know what to do or where to go. The place where am supposed to be getting help am not getting.
