Ford can ain't good I need a coutesy car

I am flabbergasted by Ford as a company. Yesterday, I called the dealership after realizing my vehicle had no oil at all. The Dealership advised me to bring the car today 23 February 2017. I duly comp**** this morning.

I did get an SMS at 12:35 that they busy with my car. Then, it was quiet until I called just before 16:00 and I were told they checking the car and would revert to me shortly. I called the dealership again at 16: 31 and I were told the cylinder is leaking and they would require;

1) 1 day to obtain approval to purchase the part,

2) 1 day to order the part, and

3) Another day to fix my vehicle.

In summary they could not tell me when my vehicle would be ready.

1) I missed my lectures,

2) My business is negatively affected just like the last time,

3) My employer is inconvenienced by my ‘excuses’,

4) My family is inconvenienced because of non-availability of extra income I need dearly and transportation, and

5) I am forced to travel to utilize unreliable public transport and yet am expected to work optimally and lead my professional team. Tomorrow am supposed to be in Pretoria for a Workshop how am I going to get there? ALL BECAUSE OF UNCARING BLUE CHIP COMPANY CALLED FORD.

My grievance:

1) I explained to the Dealership that I am continuing my studies at Vaal University of Technology which is in Vanderbijlpark (I would need a vehicle to go attend lectures and there are no taxis going that side)

2) As you both know I have started a small business hence I traded an Audi for a Ford Ranger.

3) Again, as the last time the Dealership did not bother to arrange a courtesy car after they have assessed my car and found it to be not to be drivable.

Conclusion:

1) Please intervene in this case and resolve it amicably as I am fed up with Ford.

2) I do not wish to engage the Principal Dealer as he has proven to me and to you that he does not care about his clients particularly Me.

3) I wish this time around you as Headquarters of Ford would understand my predicament and solve this matter better than the last time. In Afrikaans they say ek is gatvol met Ford .

I need a courtesy car.

Regards,

Bheki Vilakazi

********** 752 and ********** 220
