Ford C.C CEO doesnt even contact one

<p>Ford is so useless. Bought brand new car from Lazarus Ford. From moment i drove it off the floor its given problems. 10 months later not 1 issue fixed. More problems as time goes by. Escalated to a case manager - useless and ****. Contacted Customer Care CEO J Mc Carthy. Even the CEO doesnt contact you!! So now who do i go to? </p>
