FORD BREAKING PROMISES ON A SERIOUS MULFUNCTION

I had an serious accident with my Ford Ranger DC. The problem is, the airbag did not deploy. The local dealer's workshop foreman said that there could be many reasons for this. Ford South Africa was friendly and gave me a reference number ***) and then they started to pass me around saying they are placing the case under a new supervisor and then I have to wait another 48 hours. I was promised the local dealer will phone me, he hasn't, I was promised Ford SA will phone me, they did not. Worst service ever
