Ford being Ford in the worst way again

Took my car in for Window motor, Gear selection and Aircon repairs, Feedback from dealer and Ford SA is that nothing wrong with AC and Gears, though gears get stuck and does not always engage. AC freezes up to point where AC stops working, Problems reported 10 times from Dec 2017 till Current. Vehicle still not received back from Ford, been with them for 2 months now. They have no customer service, dealer says I must sort out problems with Ford SA and refuses to release my car due to the them not providing me with the terms of their courtesy vehicle, and the courtesy vehicles wheels got ******. They also refuse to reimburse my car to keep their poor workmanship.
