Ford asking customers to pay for their failures at security.

Had my laptop ****** thanks to the lock vulnerability in the Ecosport. I've since fitted the "security upgrade" at my own cost but have been informed I need to pay R1199 to replace the lock cylinder which is now broken. I refuse to pay for something that is an introduced vulnerability and it's likely that the next ******** will come along and perform the same *****driver attack on the broken lock.

Ford needs to fix the cylinders at their cost until the new Hykee lock arrives.
