Ford are ******, worst motor cars

So my Ford focus just lost power out of nothing, this is a car that has never missed any service at ford. Took the car to ford heidelberg for them to check it on the 23rd March. I was advised that they are suspecting the plugs but no full diagnostic was done , they asked me when last did I change the plugs told them I don't know the car was serviced at the cresta branch can't they see on their computer and Johan told me NO they can't (shocked as I was, I called ford cresta the shocks were done at 120000 service). By this time I am asking myself how can ford not have access to their own system and check the history of service (what service was done when I brought the car to them for 140000, did they just service without checking the history?) maybe this guy think I am stupid. I was advised to bring the car back on the 28th. Took the car to another RMI workshop to check if they can see what is the cause or the problem, in a space of 5 min they had done compression test,tested the spug plugs and they advised that the car had no compression in one o the cylinders. Took car was sent back to the dealer and again they are still not able to see what the problem is (even after I have advised them on what they need to look out for the compression) later I was advised the battery is too low (apparently they have no batteries they can use from dealer) they can't do any test and I need to buy a new battery which I did on the 30 went to ford a guy called Johan advised they have month end stuff and can check the car on Friday the 1st, Friday 1st April around 4:30 got a call from Johan telling me the problem is the compression as I have suggested and unfortunately ford does not do any repairs when it comes to engines I was shocked and ask how can ford build a car and not fix the car when this happens and was advised I need a brand new engine R110000 in a car worth R160000 that is insane, he even suggested where I can take the car for fixing and I am like hayibo, so this thing can be fixed but ford just wants to milk money from us. Here is my issue, I asked them what has caused this when the car has been regularly serviced by ford and Heidelberg ford said they don't know what could be the cause (I am shocked again, how can you not know it is your car you built it), so are they forcing me to buy a new engine, is this how ford does business, I am now sitting with a useless car that requires a new engine!! Called their head office for advice, spoke to a lovely gentleman Sibusiso on the 20th April who advise wi contact the dealer and will call me back on Friday 22nd which he did. According to ford Heidelberg, they are now claiming they had offered me an option for them to "strip & quote" the car and check the fault or the cause (which is not true) but insist they were not going to fix engines only replace them. So I asked him if that is the claim, what were they going to do after stripping if they were not going to fix? he said asked the dealer the same question if you offered the customer this option of "strip and quote" what were you going to do after stripping if you do not fix? They did not answer! Unfortunately there's nothing he can do because ford does not fix engines. South Africans don't buy ford
