FORD ALBERTON YOUR SERVICE STINKS

I own a Ford Everest which I purchased 4 years ago from the Alberton Ford dealer brand new. Due to the shocking service I received from them I moved my vehicle servicing to the Ford Germiston branch who are fantastic. When I got a flat tyre on the side of the road, I took out the Scissor jack and proceeded to wind my car up....half way thru the entire scissor jack snapped in half. Had I been under the car I would have been dead. I managed to get my husband to come with his jack and replace my tyre. I then drove and handed the brocken Scissor jack in at Ford Alberton with the Dealer Principal called Mapello. To this day 3 months later he has done nothing, not even a call back , never offered any replacement jack, not even an apology...disgusting service as usual from Ford Alberton. Ford America where sued for the death of a customer from a scissor jack that collapsed on a man changing his tyre.... yet this Dealer Principal cant even call me back.
