Ford alberton negligence

Double check your car n qoutation.. Took car for service n reported over heating.. After serving my car . They didn't plug back my fan They didn't tighten some bolts back my husband had to do that as previous experience has taught us to double check they work. But now the could not figure out why the car is over heating. So ar R173000 kilometres they wanted to replace the water pump. Thermostat n what they call thermostat housing. The qoutation was R22000 we paid for the service then asked the release the vehicle. Having owned cars before..hubby decided let's look at the thermostat first n go to a machic for a diagnosis. We did that. It's was just the thermostat that was faulty. N we told Jason to look at that .he refused. So now we did it(hubby) We went to the parts department n request the thermostat qoutation guess what it comes with the housing at R1900 not the R4000 as quoted. My car is now ok. But I'm fuming to know that we spent so many years with ford alberton n they still want to overcharge us..they don't want to get to the root of a problem. They just want us to overspend..I'm still ****ed off to say the list. Courtesy car nope..they gave a lks story.. I'm honestly giving up on ford alberton after ,7 years
