Worst after sale service I've ever experienced. Purchased a brand new car November 2019 , 3 weeks in car started having issues. 8 months later problems have gotten worse and Ford mechanics are failing to fix the the vehicle, and The unwillingness to assist or replace vehicles from CMH Ford Durban South. I'm driving a vehicle that's unsafe on the road.

My brand new car its had so much work done, from replacing shock and engine mountings as everyone if failing to diagnose the issue, so they just guessing chopping and changing. In 8 months my car has been in and out of Ford dealerships for about 40 working days.

One thing I know for sure is that I'm never buying Ford ever again.
