Ford 2024 Territory vin number and engine number not crosponding on new car

I'm very disappointed with your service. I've only owned the car for a month, and within weeks, I was informed that the VIN and engine number do not match. I no longer trust the vehicle and don't want to keep it. I’m unsure what other issues might be present with the 2024 Territory.

I tried to return the car at Ford Spring, but I was sent away and told to contact Ford Credit. That led me to Ford Customer Care, who directed me to the Ford sales manager, and back to Ford Credit. Now I'm dealing with Ford Complaints.

Ford Complaints said it would take five days, but I haven't received any assistance yet.
